Sustainability
One of the World's Most
Sustainable Seafoods
Stone crab harvesting stands apart from nearly every other seafood industry in its sustainability. Only one claw — the larger of the two — is removed from each crab. The crab is then returned to the ocean alive and unharmed.
Within 12 to 18 months, the crab naturally regenerates a fully formed new claw. This means the same crab can be humanely harvested multiple times throughout its life — creating a truly renewable seafood resource.
No bycatch. No habitat destruction. No overfarming. When you order from Claws & More, you're choosing one of the most environmentally responsible seafoods available anywhere in the world.

Our Commitments
The Principles We Live By
Fresh Always
We never sell previously frozen product. If it isn't fresh, it doesn't ship.
Direct Source
Direct relationships with Bahamian fishermen — no unnecessary intermediaries.
Relationship-Based
We're not a commodity supplier. We're your seafood partner for the long term.
Quality Over Volume
We'd rather sell less and deliver excellence than scale and sacrifice standards.
Where We Deliver
Orlando & Central Florida
We deliver throughout the greater Orlando metropolitan area and surrounding Central Florida communities. Not sure if we deliver to you? Just ask.
