Order Requests & Availability
Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a confirmed order. Stone crab is a wild-caught, seasonal product and all requests are filled based on the inventory available. We will contact you to confirm size, quantity, pricing, and delivery before any order is final.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are per pound, in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice based on market conditions and availability. The price confirmed with you at the time of order is the price you pay. Wholesale pricing is quoted separately.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed when your order is finalized. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at that time. Wholesale accounts may be subject to separate terms.
Delivery
We deliver within Orlando and the Central Florida areas listed on our site. Delivery windows are estimates. Because this is a perishable product, someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed time. We are not responsible for product that spoils because it was not received or refrigerated promptly.
Freshness, Refunds & Cancellations
We stand behind the quality of our claws. If there is a problem with your order, contact us the same day it is delivered so we can make it right. Because stone crab is perishable, orders cannot be returned; refunds or replacements are handled case by case. Cancellations must be made before your order is packed for delivery.
Food Safety
Stone crab claws are sold fully cooked and chilled. Keep them refrigerated at or below 40°F and consume within the time frame we recommend at delivery. Shellfish may cause allergic reactions in some people.
